If you select this option, I will reach out to you to pick a day once a week that works for you to do 1.5 hours a session. You’ll be able to text me whenever you’re struggling so that I can set time aside to support you in your growth throughout the 8 weeks.
Writing prompts & affirmations will be given during shadow work sessions.
unlimited text support is included when things get too heavy, if a phone call is necessary , we will do that.
Please understand, the majority of what comes up for you, you’ll need to figure out how to work through yourself. There are going to be moments you genuinely aren’t sure what to do and I’m here to support you in all ways so that you can heal through your shadow work.
Shadow work is not something that you can start on your own. There is no completion to shadow work. It’s a lifetime commitment to healing oneself. You will get to a point where you no longer will need as much support as you do & it’ll be easier to identify the triggers, where they stem from, identifying and processing it better.
