Refunds & Returns Policy
All sales are final. Every item is made fresh, crafted to order, and created with care. Because each piece is unique, returns or cancellations can’t be accepted once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, I’ll make it right.
- Please email mother@themagickalmother.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
Once reviewed, I’ll happily replace the product with the same item originally purchased.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says “delivered” but nothing arrived:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier to open a trace.
- Email me with your order number and the case number they provide.
I’ll do what I can to help, but please know I can’t replace or refund orders that carriers confirm as delivered.
Address Issues
If I made an address error, I’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost.
If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, refunds can’t be issued. Once the package returns to me, I can reship it—additional postage will apply.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
Packages returned as “refused,” “unclaimed,” or “undeliverable” aren’t eligible for refunds. I can resend them once a correct address is provided, with additional shipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once production begins, cancellations or edits can’t be guaranteed. If you need to update your order, reach out immediately—if it hasn’t entered creation yet, I’ll do my best to adjust it.
Variations
Each creation is handmade—no two are ever identical. Variations in color, texture, or aroma are signs of true craftsmanship, not defects.
