Shipping Policy

Each order is crafted with care and intention. Because everything is made fresh, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and creation before your order ships.

Orders are shipped via USPS from Texas, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package is in transit, you’ll receive tracking details directly to the email or number provided at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

You can follow your package using the same USPS tracking link that I see on my end.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim or begin an investigation. All packages are insured once in USPS’s possession, but I cannot replace or refund orders that show as successfully delivered.

 

Delays

If your order hasn’t shipped after five business days, feel free to reach out for an update. Please note that delays may occur during holidays, restocks, or inclement weather.

 

Responsibility

Once USPS receives your parcel, it becomes their responsibility for delivery. The Magickal Mother is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in transit.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — errors may delay your order or cause it to be returned.
